Zero refund, zero communication

Bought a car with the Jhb South Branch in early August 2022. As I live out of province, I was told to license it myself, and I would be refunded, since I had already paid R2000 for licensing and registration to WeBuyCars. I have not received any refund since 24/08/2022. There is absolutely zero feedback. Customer care has also given zero feedback. I am now convinced WeBuyCars is in the business to ***** money from the consumer where they can. My next step is to approach MIOSA.
