Zero Integrity

This company as zero integrity and zero respect for people's time. I brought my car in on the 16th as I wanted to do an upgrade. The buyer took 1 hour evaluating my car and I received an offer for them to buy my car for a certain amount and I was told that that price would be valid for 7 days. I went in on the 22 to sell the car and buy the car I wanted to upgrade to and I was told that they needed to fetch the car at a different branch and I would have to come back the following day. That was one day wasted. I came in on Saturday to sign the agreements and I was told that the buyer who was assisting me was unavailable and that there was a system issue while generating the buying contract. I told to come back on Sunday to sign as that's when they can make the contract available. The finance side had already captured the deal and I had already accepted the debit check. I came back on Sunday lo and behold! They buying contract was still not available because the buyer was unavailable and guess what? The whole company stops functioning when one person is not at work! So they re evaluated my car and promised to get me the same price which obviously did not happen. Now I am back here again with people hiding away when they see me because no one wants to be held accountable for their incompetence. My time, my petrol wasted! I absolutely need an explanation because what do you mean a quote is valid for 7 days when there are eelays on your side I still get punished for them. Why was my car evaluated for a whole hour only to be told that the price dropped because the other buyer didn't know what they were doing. How is that my fault
