Yunus Ismail from Richmond branch : my sales person. EXCELLENT!!! He was friendly, extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist. He was the saving grace of this deal, if it wasn't for him I would have cancelled since the admin staff was absolutely useless. No word from Eugene and Danielle did not even bother to respond or make contact, despite the fact that we said we had a time limit.
