YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE - wbc sales team

I have bought 5 vehicles from wbc 4 years ago, was very happy. Now December 2022 was the worst experience I've ever had of buying anything EVER 1. They sold a car after we reserved it 2. App**** for a different car, finance approve. When we meant to collect the car i was told sales rep is on leave. 3 Finally bought a car. Test drove it and the enige malfunctioned 4. They fixed it ( i had to pay 25k for that, it was not in the dekra) 5. As my wife drove it home the day we collected it the propshaft broke and put a hole in the gearbox. 6. ONE week later and they still havnt collected the car. You cannot speak to anyone directly, the call center cuts off every 10mins The managers and consultants dont reply emails

I have a total of 48 calls made to WBC in this month, AND STILL DONT HAVE A CAR. Butt they very keen to take your money.

I will make every effort possible to get hold of Faan van der WALT and get a couple of people fired or new systems in place. IT IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE working with them
