Your sales person ruined my car

I Tshepo Mazibuko took my car for eveluation yesterday 12/01/2026 to the webuycars Satellite inspection booth in Heidelberg Mall and I was helped by a male named Tyler who inspected my car and said everything seems to be in order he would only like to check if there were any suspension faults and he would drive it to his house in Brakpan which is +-40km away from Heidelberg and bring it back the next day with a proper evaluation diagnosis. The following day when I called to get feedback on the suspension inspection he told me the car is not starting that’s when I drove to him and we towed the car to a Auto Ramz for an inspection and mechanic told us the buyer blew my vehicle’s head gaskets with over raving the car with a quote of R115000 to be attached apon request. All the buyer could say was “sorry” and now I’m left in this dilemma. I’m calling for your urgent attention on this matter please as I would not have Escalated this matter to the ombudsman office and social media before escalating this matter to you first .
