Longs story short. Bought a car on 19August 2023 it was classified under category A and bought it via finance, car has pre existing "minor" damages which were cracked mirror glass, cv joints and smoking exhaust, because the car was going to be bought on finance I had to fix those problems from my own pocket which was around R7300. Took the car home drove 2days asked a petrol attendant to check for oil there was literally not even a single drop if oil on the car, and I bought 5L oil which lasted barely 3weeks then I noticed theres a huge problem with the car took it back on the 15th September they said they'll diagnose the car and claim from warranty that took 4 weeks, guys from warranty told me there's been poor workmanship on the engine so they have to get authorization from WBC to fix the engine guess what WBC told them to reject the claim. WBC told me I have to take another car this was on 23/10/2023 Last week monday I told them im no longer interested because they are ****mers and I want my deposit back and go look for a car somewhere else. Now they are fefusing with my deposit everyday im on a call with them and they would simply drop the call and I have screen recorded PROOF. They giving me Lot of stories that do not add up. Bank deducted for a car that hasnt been with me for over a month
