We bought a Ford Ka From Webuycars Centurion on the 27/11/2020. We picked up the car on the following Saturday.

Whilst driving home, the car first lost power and then shut down completely. As it was after 3.30pm on a Saturday, I tried to contact the sales rep as well as the company with no success. We were able to be towed home when I sent an email to Webuycars Centrurion telling them of our ordeal.

After various phone calls, I finally managed to get the email address and name of someone I could talk to.

I then started a communication with Wynand at Webuycars from the Complaints Department via email on the 2/12/2020.

The result of the "investigation" by the said Company concluded with us having absolutely no recourse whatsoever.

The car has been standing since Saturday the 29/11/2020. We have basically had to rebuild the entire engine! We have spent money on it trying to get it fixed and now have it at an auto-electrician who is also stumped.

I have all the photos of the engine, the invoices and receipt proving how much we have paid out for a car that still does not run.

We paid R25 900.00 which is a drop in the ocean for a Company as big as you are!
