You do not know how to take care of your customers.

i purchased a vehicle from we buy cars , it was a gold sticker vehicle. On the 3rd day of having the vehicle , there was issues , it was smoking terribly . We lodged a ticket , took it to a RMI dealership , they confirmed its a pre-existing issue . We then provided we buy cars with all the necessary information within 7 days . We chose to cancel this vehicle because clearly , it was not what we purchased ! I bought this vehicle with intention to travel , We buy cars delayed the process for 2 months. I was forced to use the vehicle because what else was i supposed to use? If they had done their job and asked us to drop off the vehicle when we lodged the complaint , we would have . BUT nothing was done . They have since charged me R10 000 usage fee , 2 months insurance fee and the cost of having the vehicle checked . They have deducted the usage fee from my deposit and have not refunded me all the additional cost they have incurred on me . THIS IS NOT MY FAULT , why am i being penalised ? since deducting the 10k usage fee, they are still selling that vehicle around the same price.
