I feel the need to commend webuycars but most importantly Wynand Pieters in customer care. Through what was a frustrating time in waiting for repairs and approval of repairs to be made on my vehicle, Wynand went out of his way to be in constant contact (even after hours in his personal time) and kept me up to date with the process. Wynand was always available and was ready with the answers to all the questions I had, he resolved all my concerns in a timely manner and his understanding, integrity and professionalism were never in doubt.
