Wow!! Outstanding Service!!
We sold our Hyundai Getz 1.3L to [URL Removed] this week. The service was OUTSTANDING!! Professional, smooth, painless and very fare deal. No nonsense and straight forward. [URL Removed] have truly understood the value chain principle, you smile through the entire process even though you deal with different people at the different stages, the service is professional and seamless. Recently I had to set up a Dstv connection, and I had to phone their support line, I was so not looking forward to it, expecting poor service standards and endless struggling. It was Brilliant service I got there. Same with Webafrica After Hours Support. They gave me the most awesome service. Both these companies still trump us by a comfortable margin with their service levels. Ok, fair you have to compare apples with apples, in our case you had both telephonic and personal interaction and so forth, but still, there seems to be room for improvement still. But it is a sad day if all we can do is to always downplay ourselves against room for improvement. Don't worry, we drink our own cool-aid ever so often, that means you take yourself too seriously when you think you are just awesome.
