Would recommend anyone to buy on online auction at we buy cars

I've put down R5000 on auction, I did not buy a vehicle on auction but bought cash. On there online auction page it says u have to send an email with ur ID and 3 months banking statements. Which I did. After 2 weeks and numerous emails, phone calls to there customer service team and whatsapps I was passed on from one person to another. They even said the sales person at the Dome should help me, which got nothing to do with him cause I bought the vehicle cash and not on auction. This money had to be refunded within 3-5 working day's. It was eventually paid out 10 day's after I've send the correct information as per their online auction T&C. This was pathetic service from such a big company. I'm highly disappointed in this matter.
