Would not wish webuycars on my worst enemy!!!
WeBuyCars acted contrary to the provisions of section 55(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 in that they sold me a vehicle that is NOT reasonably suitable for the purposes for which it is generally intended. They sold me a vehicle that is unroadworthy and they failed to express that the vehicle they offered was in a “somewhat despair condition and beyond economical repair”.
Their dekra report downplayed the extent of the demage and they have since refused to refund and take back their vehicle. I am now stuck with a vehicle that I can only resell as a damaged vehicle because no person or entity acting in good faith will sell such a vehicle otherwise.

20 Jun 2025, 14:07It's exactly 7 days since I wrote the review and webuycars has not made any means to even contact me. It's also been three months since I referred the matter to the Ombudsman. This clearly shows that webuycars has not interest whatsoever on the consumer, their aim is to get rid of their s****s disguised as vehicles.
