WOULD NOT SUPPORT THEM

We are in the process of buying a car. We paid R5 000 deposit fee. Clarissa Loggenberg at the polokwane branch told us to come and collect our car as soon as possible because they cannot have the car for too long at their branch. So we arranged to come and collect the car on 28 December 2024. Today 26 December 2024 we called we buy cars call centre to ask if we still can come and fetch the car. Then they said no because the car is not right. They forgot to repair the lights on the car. On the dekra report shows what must be repaired. So how the **** kan someone misses it? We paid bus tickets to go from Bloemfontein to Pretoria. And From Pretoria to Polokwane. Then we arranged a place to stay. Now we have lost a lot of money because of a place that ignores us. Clarissa Loggenberg does not answer our calls etc. I would not reccomend to buy at them. They are a ***ing joke. And yes, I am be*** for this place.
