Worst sevice & Non compliant to Consumer Act
Cash sale....Gold Dekra General service hrs flat battery Find fuel waiting hours Salesman attitude quick to sell Must have jumpstarted car on handover without telling client battery is shot....... No after sales service, had to spend another R2,700 on battery
Emailed sales person about problems with car and want to return car and straight swop for another, told me will forward to manager, next day no replies, asked again, was told go on website and lodge complaint, why not tell me that first day and make me wait. We buy Cars do not comply with Consumer act laws concerning returns or change cars. I am an unemployed 61 year old person who cannot afford to buy a new vehicle or one that is going to cost an arm and a leg to fix when it lets me down. Car shudders on take off Gearbox winds when slowing down or on a downhill Small crack on windscreen Brakes shudder fast breaking Car aerial broken of Spare key has no battery in and after buying battery has lost programming.....more costs
None of the above mentioned on "Dekra Gold" nogal......They do not give clients their cell no's fir direct contact to resolve issues or managerial contact details, just shun clients to say solve your own problem PATHETIC NON EXISTENT AFTERSALE SERVICE

Another lady called me on Sunday and promised to also send me an email and have the relevant sales manager contact me......this hasn't transpired, not surprised!
I have since our telecon, Friday
spoken to a mechanic about your instruction to me to get a full report and then came to realise this is absolutely ******* as he explained to me that he might have to check the gearbox, check the brakes and go over the entire car so to speak to determine these faults which will cost a packet and I have made it CRYSTAL CLEAR TO WEBUY$$%@^^ THAT I AM UNEMPLOYED AND CANNOT AFFORD ANY FURTHER F' COSTS!
This I have told the lady on Sunday is Bull****! YOUR "DEKRA" DOESN'T MEAN JACK$%%^#&#×÷+*&^%$ IF YOU HAVEN'T DRIVEN A CAR AND EXPERIENCED FIRST HAND WHAT THE PROBLEMS ARE........SO I WILL CONTINUE NOW UNTIL I GET THE ATTENTION I DESERVE AS A CASH CLIENT, FURTHERMORE EXCEPT FOR PUBLIC MEDIA I WILL BE CONTACTING A FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS AN ADVOCATE TO REQUEST PRO-BONO ASSISTANCE.
