Worst service regarding refunds.

Absolutely shocking service. We paid a R5000.00 holding fee on a vehicle on 28 Jan 2023. The very next day we advised the sales agent that we will not be going ahead with the sale and requested our refund. We were advise it would take 72hours. It is now 14 Feb and we have still not received the refund, even after numerous calls and physically visiting the branch again at the Dome. I am at my breaking point. Dont know what else to do to get our money back.
