Worst service received

Worst decision I made to buy my wife a car through We Buy Cars. The "Sales Executive" by the name of ****ka Viljoen was totally useless in terms of assisting us. Every time we called her asking when to expect the vehicle as we paid cash for everything including the transportation, she rep**** us with "I don't know". For the mere fact the I am a Sales Manager in the Insurance industry really startled me as I thought we're appointed based on merit and experience. We paid in full on the 17th of August and to date we haven't received our vehicle. Sad that 1 has to go through such an experience especially with such a huge company.
