Worst service of sales

I sent an application for finance and only 4 days after I phoned to follow up was it said that sorry we haven't processed it yet. Finance got approved, but no final documents sent to me, had issues with license and kept salesman up to date each step. Asked for transport from 1 city to another, only 1 email sent from salesman an no follow up, had to arrange for this on my own, sent all info to salesman, no follow up. Sent numerous emails to salesman, no response. With the overall deal still pending I was told today that the bike was sold, when it was the responsibility of the salesman to keep the bike for the application. It's like advertising a product and I contact you that I want that specific one and when I get there you tell me we dont have it anymore or telling a child you can get an ice cream and then giving them a bowl of broccoli. You would think during this lockdown period that sales would be up to standard and have salesmen following up, but seems like webuycars has too much money and don't want my business.
