Worst service I have EVER received
I bought my bakkie on the 9th of April 2024. I was promised licensing and registration would be done and I would receive a call to come collect my papers and license plates. It is now 21 May 2024, 42 days later and still nothing. Called complaints department, they "escalated" my problem got a reply it would be here by the 20th of May and still nothing.
This is the worst service I have ever received, I cannot believe I have to pay for such incompetence. Keep being told next week , next week and enough is enough. It takes a day when I did it myself last car I bought. This has actually spoilt my whole car buying experience completely

28 May 2024, 10:06After being contacted by the sales person and promises made that it would be done by the 27th of May..... Surprise surprise..... Still nothing. Been trying to get a hold of them, but no answer. no reply to messages. This is honestly pathetic. Your communication is beyond poor.
