Worst service ever We buy cars

Worst experience ever buying a car. I paid a deposit then it were into a wrong profile. They did not explain how the auction worked and my profile were a mess. Decra report did not stipulated all the problems on the car. They took 5 hours to sort everting out for me to pay the car. When i left they said my deposit will be refund in 2 days time. I did not get any paperwork of the car from them and left the Monday i whent back to We buy cars to get the regestation documents and they said they app**** for the paperwork the previos day from the owner the car were not dealerstock yet it will take up to 21days before i have my paper work for the car. With in 24hours i send a list with all the complaints in a whatup to tha manager. 10 days later i have not heard a word back from the manager and atill struggling to get my deposit back. I have fly up to buy the car and already came back to we buy cars premesses to get anwers witout any luck. Verry verry desipointed in the service from the bit there were without any luck.
