Worst Service ever
WeBuyCars have no service. I bought a vehicle from the Dome branch and found the staff unhelpfull. Whenever I wanted to view a vehicle they dragged their feet to the car and take their time in getting the keys. Even though I eventually did buy a vehicle I am still waiting fro license disk and registration 3 weeks later. There is no feedback from the branch and if I try and phone I end up talking to the call centre agents and they have no information to assist with. Then they put ypu on hold and say they will phone the branch, and then you get cut off.
Absolutely pathetic service and system

03 Feb 2023, 15:36Again today they say they still do not have any answer on where in the process the vehicle registration is. Also they ran out of permit paper so they cannot issue an extension permit.

08 Feb 2023, 11:36So now here we are 5 days later and now WeBuyCars realise that the roadworthy certificate is expired. It has now been a month since I took delivery of the vehicle and all I get is excuse after excuse. After my last complaint I did get some assistance by them giving me and extended temporary permit for the vehicle, The funny thinjg is the permit useless as it does not allow me to drive the vehicle for genral use. It only allows you to drive the vehicle to do roadwirthy or registration. So I have a vehicle which I am paying for thatI cannot use and there is no answer fro WeBuyCars as to when I will get my license and registration.............. It has been a MONTH and now they realise the Roadworthy has EXOIRED. ................... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
