Worst service ever

I had a bad bad service from we buy cars Midstream I was interested in one of the good and reliable cars I app**** for it and I was told I was approved by Gomo finance I asked the sales person who was helping me that I haven’t heard of that finance house before and he said yes it’s still new ok as I was excited about the car Dwayne the sales person who was helping me he sent me the Offer to purchase and he asked me tosign it up and sent it back with supporting documents indeed I did so on the offer to purchase the total was not high that’s why I signed that but I told Dwayne that I don’t want service plan and innovation warranty he said ok they can remove service plan but not the innovation warranty as it’s compulsory again I said to him that I will pay for adm and license and registration cash he said no cash accepted but I can do it via eft ok 👍🏽 No problem 17/06/2022 Dwayne told me that I can come and fetch the car it’s ready I said I will come Saturday .18/06/2022 I went there they gave me the contract together with the offer to purchase I signed but I asked that lady Ane to take off the service plan she said yes she will remove it and obviously the total will be less after service plan that was on the 18th of June 2022 I signed the contract with the Offer to purchase and they gave me the car as I was still new in this they let me drove the car with expired license without permit and the car was dirty . Monday Ane sent me the contact with the date of the 20/06/2022 I asked her why is this car so expensive she said that the interest rate and it is what it is I didn’t sign the contract 21/06/2022 I wrote a letter saying I’m cancelling the deal ( cooling off period days ) I sent it I never received and reply from Dwayne 22/06/2022 I took back the car when we got there Dwayne was paged from reception we waited for 10mins before he can come he only said car keys I asked if I need to sign or anything to show that I have brought back the car he said no it’s fine I can go that evening Ane the lady who Works at the finance called me saying that she heard that I returned the car I said yes she said she is giving me two options 1 is for me to come and take the car back 2 is I must come see her at her office I refused she said she will process the deal to the bank I told her she can’t do that she said yes she will .month later I receive a call from Gomo saying I missed payment I asked them how because I don’t have the car and I canceled the deal with we buy cars that guy from Gomo was shocked to hear that he asked me to do a follow up with we buy cars I sent Ane email she said to me that the matter is with complaint department yesterday 28/07/2022 I sent another email requesting feedback she didn’t come back to me even now .
