Worst Service ever

I purchased a car from the PE branch 30min after I got the vehicle it broke, informed WBC immediately they took 8 weeks then requested the deal be canceled and I can pick a different car, so the purchase was canceled but I still had 2 debit order go off my bank account they are supposed to refund the money and I'm still waiting when you call no respond when you email no response when you send WhatsApp no response WORST SERVICE EVER. I would recommend no one purchase anything from them they don't respond they can just as well close their doors. Personally, I call that *****ing.
