worst service ever

went to the Done helped by a guy named Mohammad I paid 5K to reserve the car it was on a Sunday on Monday i sent him a text to send paperwork he did I filled up and sent back,got no response from him and texted for follow up but never respond for over a week i called and was told the car was sold to someone else he didn't even have say a word atleast to tell me the car is sold and at the same time how do you sell a reserved car?,I tried to withdraw the amount I paid as the car I wanted was sold and yet another struggle they said it takes 72 hours to get it back now its a week later no money i kept calling and was told that because I paid at the branch Mohammad have to confirm the refund its a week later now and yet he haven't I got hold of the manager and yet no help they only read my massages and no help worst service ever
