Worst service ever

We got a bakkie on finance with we buy cars took them 2 months for an approval that takes 5 min finally got the bakkie with a A rating no roadworthy issues just to drive it a week with over R50k worth of faults and damages

The told us they would cancel the current one and swop it with a new one with less issues now they ended up ghosting us we paying for a bakkie that has so many issues everyone is ignoring us , webuycars service is disgusting , empty promises and the don't care about their service or name or how they handle situations ill probably be in my grave and still no help
