Worst service ever

Me and my husband bought a car from webuycars Caoe Town in January.

There were 4 things on the dekra that needed to be fixed before car could be shipped to us, which they fixed. We also paid fees for the registration and license all was added to our finance.

When we received the car within 7 days we complained on the site with pictures saying that the mirror which was supposed to be replaced had scratch marks on and we are sure that it was not replaced. I even send the photos to our dealer and his manager they both kept on saying it was replaced.

On the add and the tag that came with the car it said that the car came with a spare key, when I asked about it I was told every time that no spare key was given. I later complained to the manager he asked for a quote and still waiting from him to hear when that will be approved.

It is September now and we still have not received any papers or license plates for the car. I was told it was send to PE but now PE does not have anything. I was told to pay for it and claim back from webuycars. I am not doing that because no one can guarantee that I will get my money back after paying for it in January. Now no one can assist me not even the manager.

My license disk is expiring end of next month and I wont be able to take a new one out without the papers.

This is the worst service I have ever received as nobody can give me an answer or help me in anyway just making it my problem.
