Worst Sales Experience of my life

Worst experience ever. I have been sent a notification that I was approved for a vehicle. The sales rep assigned to me was of NO help. I literally had to keep following up on the progress of the deal. No effort, zero customer service, and clearly NO interest from the sales agent. We are now on day 4 without me knowing anything. Wish I went through ANY other dealer
