Worst place

Bad experience, I will never buy from a company like this ever again, I bought a car and was told by the sales guy I have 6 months to return it if their is any problems, I experienced multiple issues the next day and reported it,I was told that I need to lay a complaint on their website and a customer care agent will contact me, which I logged(Concern no: 29793)but it's been a week later and no customer care agent has contacted me, I logged another complaint and even phoned their customer care line a few times, they were unable to help as they said I need to speak to the agent who is assigned to my case however one of them said according to CPA I qualified for 7day immediate cancelation but was only able to send a email in which done nothing for me on Monday when he said I would get a response so went to the branch over the weekend and explained to manager and was told he will get things sorted and they will arrange for the vehicle to be fetch on Monday which never happen it was all what I needed to hear to get rid of me so its been a awful experience always chasing for help ever since I bought this vehicle now that I am experiencing issues, I am being igored, I only had this vehicle for 7 days and wish to return it or exchange it for a vehicle without any problems however this company we buy cars can make your life very difficult to do so as they are not willing to do anything but to take your money and ignor you and treat you like ****,they don't have any higher authority when you log a complaint as it will go to their customer care agent who does not have the authority to do anything but phone the consultant and manager of the branch,the manage or Ops Manger will take a further week to respond with nothing to offer to the customer but just to waist their time and money as I waisted alot on Uber fees when buying the vehicle but nothing was done to accommodate the customer its always what suites them, Very unpleasant and terrible experience I will never shop their.
