Worst Nightmare - R40 000 later

I bought a Renault Koleos from webuycars, Centurion, in September 2019. After 1 week I had to replace the battery (R2000). After 1 month driving to work the car completed broke down - the gearbox. To fix the problem cost R36000. Also, the car needs cv joint repairs of R2500. I only did approximately 2000km on-road km's with this vehicle. I approached webuycars who told me I bought the vehicle voetstoots, and therefore it is not their problem. However, when I bought the vehicle I was assured by the salesperson, Henco Esterhuizen, that the vehicle was in a good condition? Nobody mentioned anything about these major problems.
