Worst Motor Vehicle Dealer in the World - We Buy Cars Nelspruit

I baught a Nissan Navara on the 28th of April 2022 cash from We Buy Cars Nelspruit. My Sales Consultant was Wian Nel. Once I have paid and took possession of the vehicle they told me that the NATIS is still with the bank and that I do not have to worry they will soon receive it from their Head office. They said it normally takes a week to 10 days. Well, since then the vehicle's License has expired and I had to go to the branch to request a Garage Plate till they can resolve the issue of the NATIS. This garage plate (the green paper plate) expires on the 16th of June 2022. In the meantime I have moved to Witbank and on the day they issued me with the Garage Plate I told them I was moving and that they have to send the NATIS to me in Witbank by Courier. I have phoned on a regular basis where I spoke to the Admin Christelle of the Nelspruit branch who every time I phoned told me they are still waiting for the NATIS from We Buy Cars Head Office, I have sent numerous whatsapps regarding the matter and for feedback to the Sales Consultant Wian Nel. As I also did on the 13th of June 2022 at about 9am. I requested Wian Nel to let me know how far my NATIS is as we only have two days left on the Garage Plate that I can legally operate the vehicle on the roads. Wian Nel did not respond to my whatsapp. So I tried to call him on his cell phone. Twice he did not pick up my call. I then decided to phone the the *** number of We Buy Cars. This is a call center with a tremendous amount of options. " Press 1, 2 or three for this. Then press 1 for that. Then repeat the one through three process and then if you still have your query stay on the line for the first *********** operator that becomes available. Then some woman answers that will put you on hold for a half an hour because she does not have a clue how to deal with clients. Then after a half an hour on the phone this operator has put you through to the Nelspruit branch of We Buy Cars. So, then Christelle is on the line with a thousand excuses. All it comes down to is that We Buy Cars Head Office's Natis people has still not done their job. So be warned if you read this... Do not buy your car from We Buy Cars. They will take your hard earned money in the blink of an eye but you will have the greatest run around of your life to get the vehicle you purchased from them put on your name. You will most definitely deal with incompetency from the Sales Consultant right through to highest person in their head office. If there was a way I could get my money back and I could give them the vehicle back I would have done that in a flash. Worst Motor Vehicle Dealer in the World.
