Worst first experience

The worst.

Saw a vehicle I liked but it said sale in progress. A week later it still said that so I contacted the Mbombela branch and they informed me that the sale didnt went through so the vehicle was available.

Velly Mamba the sales rep sent me the document for finance and this was in his email ''Once all documentation has been received, we will reserve the vehicle for you.

As previously discussed, in order for me to reserve the vehicle I require all applications filled in and completed along with all supporting documents, alternatively you can pay a holding deposit so that I may reserve the vehicle for the next 72hours''

So I send all docs the next day to reserve the vehicle as per email. A day went by and I check what the status was and I see the vehicle is now on auction where it clearly stated the vehicle would be reserved.

I called Velly but i was given the lousy excuse that policies changed and I should have paid the 5k deposit. I told him that his email clearly states Alternatively. But he couldn't care less.

I logged a complaint with WBC but to this date, no one could care to contact me or respond.

This was the first and last time I will be going to wbc.
