WORST EXPRERIENCE OF MY LIFE

Worst experience of my life. I am a 22 your old female , who bought a car at WBC Midstream on the 10th of October. On the 2nd of December my handbrake button stopped working. I immediately called WBC to assist as I have multiple Policies ( NO POINT IN HAVING THE POLICIES AS THEY DONT COVER ANYTHING ANYWAY) with them and I have not even driven the car for 3 months. They informed me to fill in a concern form on the website and someone will contact me , they never did I had to make first contact , took them 3 days to pick up my car to take to the work shop , after my car was picked up , they did not give me one piece of feedback in regards to the process or what is even wrong with the car. I finally decided to call the workshop and I got more assistance from them then the WBC team. Skip to today , the workshop informed me that my claim got rejected , still no peep from WBC. I am suppose to go on a already paid holiday and have no car , they wont pay the money I already spent. I am highly discussed at the service. Cars brake I get that but the lack of communication and no sense of urgency from them is pathetic. No client service at all , disappointed is an understatement. WHEN WILL I HAVE MY CAR WBC 2024 ?
