Worst experience of my life

After struggeling with a heap of communication gaps with my sales agent the deal was declined but in the beginning he encouraged me to put down a holding deposit of R5000 and so I did after the deal was declined I requested the refund and he said no problem sent all the documents and he said it will take 48 hours this was last week Thursday even calling their costumer support they can't give me answers so I'm struggling to get my money back after the sales person assured me this was not going to be a problem it might help to be less focused on training on how to operate a tablet and more training in communication
