Worst experience of my life - approach at your own risk

Purchase a vehicle from WBC in March 2019, vehicle engine seized within a month and vehicle has been in for repairs since April 2019.

They do not provide any feedback to ones queries and simply have a no care approach, i have asked several times for a replacement vehicle now and even this reasonable request is ignored.
