Worst experience of my life

If it were possible to give them a negative rating, believe me I would. I have never in my entire life dealt with a more unprofessional institution as "We Buy Cars JHB South"

Firstly, I was approved for finance and then a day later declined. When I brought the concern up I was told that the *********** employee that sent me the approval message subsequently didn't work there anymore.

Following this instance, it took them 48 hours to provide me with an OTP to send through to my bank. I then had to take time out of my day to go and sit there and babysit them so that my bank could get the necessary documentation.

Upon receiving the car, I noticed a few days later that the passenger side seat belt does not work. I brought the issue up with them immediately, only to be dismissed and told to go to the automotive ombudsman.

Disgusting service. Disgusting work ethic. Overall Disgusting experience.
