Worst experience in my life!

We sold and bought a vehicle through we buy cars and because I dared to complain about the rim of the spare tire that was badly damaged I had a manager by the name of Damien Verster raise his voice at me and tell me to go cancel the deal if I have a problem! How do you employ someone with no people skills as a sales manager? He is rude and obnoxious and was unfriendly from the moment he arrived !
