Worst experience

I wanted to trade in my vehicle and the car I wanted had the trade-in assistance. I then contacted the branch and the guy ignored me for 2 days. On the third day he referred me to someone else. And I sent the required documents to the guy awaiting an OTP as I had my own finance house. I contacted the new guy at around about 8a.m. At around 2-3p.m he contacts me saying the car doesn't have trade in assistance anymore, there is nothing they can do.
