Worst experience by far

I have been a customer at we buy cars for a few years now and I must say the customer service I received from the richmond branch was absolutely pathetic. The sales person Dylan Kasselman stopped communicating as soon as the payment was made ..and due to his negligence the vehicle has still not been delivered to the sulverlakes branch .The fact that the customer has to basically do the followups daily to get any kind of feedback is unacceptable..By far the worst experience by far .0 out of 10 do not recommend. Do better we buy cars
