WORST EXPERIENCE AT WE BUY CARS

I bought a car at Webuy Cars Midstream through finance. I collected the car on the 25th November 2022. On the 26th the next day the car started to make some noise in the engine. I called the sales person that assisted me and he told me to write a complaint on we buy cars website. I wrote a complaint and no one called me as I was told. I waited for a week and decided to go to the branch. They wrote another complaint for me and no one attended me. I waited for another week and decided to take the car to them. I went to the complaint department and they told me to leave the car so that they take it to the workshop for repairs. The guy told me that he will update me about the progress. After three days I called the workshop where they took the car and they told me they are still waiting for approval from We Buy Cars. After another three days I went to the branch to find out what was the problem. The same guy at complaints department told me he is fixing everything. He told me he will keep me posted about the progress which he didn't. Today the lady at the workshop watsap me and ask if we buy cars contacted me. Right now I don't see the car being repaired. Since I am from Limpopo, I will have to visit home this festive by bus while I have a car that I'm paying for. It's been too long
