Worst Experience

I bought a car from We Buy Cars at the Dome. I chose the car because the Dekra report showed almost no issues on the car except for a cracked windscreen and light bulbs to be replaced. However, withing the first month of having the car I had to take it in for mechanical work that required attention. I have spent R15k so far on the car and now have another R10k to sort out the overheating and the car not starting. The mechanic advised me that my shocks etc will need replacing which as well will cost another R12k down the line. I have reported this to We Buy Cars and the manager escalated my complaints. They are supposed to provide feedback within 24 hours. I have been waiting for 4 months. If i had known that it is normal practice for them to lie and deceive clients i would never have gone to them to buy a car. With all the money i have spent so far, I could have gone to a dealer and bought a normal car. This was a hard lesson to learn but I will never advise anyone to buy a car from We Buy Cars as they are all a bunch of ****** and the Dekra report means nothing..
