Worst experience

I have bought 2 cars before from Webuycars.co.za and I had the best experience. The problem started when I bought the 3rd car from them. The car I liked and bought had no dekra report on the website but one when we were signing the documents concluding the deal/ taking delivery of the car. I took the car and 6 days later the car stuck in the middle of the road with water leakage and the ignition not turning on. I had to organize the tow truck which is what I didn't budget for, to get the car to my house. On the other side I'm still waiting for the refund for the deposit that I paid which I was promised that will be in my account 72 hours and it's 6 days later without my refund and I haven't yet received the car papers, the car breaksdown on me. This is the worst experience of my life with webuycars.co.za
