WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, SO DISSAPOINTED

Tebogo at WBC Silverlakes gave me the worst service ever. he was the sales executive in my purchase but was so impatient with my questions and did not communicate efficiently. the purchase of a vehicle took 4 entire weeks and 75% of the time i did not know what was going on or why the delay. i felt so disrespected when i wanted clarity on something and he would always rush to say "just wait for further communication". he made me regret using this dealer so much. Him and his colleagues told me i could come and collect my vehicle and then on the morning of the day, he called to cancell and say they have to postpone.
