Worst Customer Service Silverlakes

I bought a car at the dealer in Silverlakes. I must say it was the worst experience and I work for financial institute dealing with clients. I made all the follow-ups although I was allocated a sales person. The day I went to fetch the car I waited for an hour before been helped. The administration lady seemed like she just wanted to get rid of us, she was not customer centric nor did she even try to pretend to be. I received an SMS to collect my LICENSE DISC instead of a call. I am been charged for DELIVERY and NUMBER PLATES yet they are not delivering the DISC nor are they giving me NEW NUMBER PLATES.
