Worst customer service ever!!!

I bought a car from Webuycars Nelspruit, fully paid for the car in Dec 2022 and had the car delivered, picked up the car in Jan 2023. I have been constantly trying to get the transfer details so that I can renew the licence, but I have received absolutely zero service. The sales agent after 2 weeks just told me to speak to the finance guy, who does not answer. I am now sitting with an unlicensed car that I cannot drive purely because Webuycars cannot do paperwork. Absolutely shocking service.
