WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER @ Silverlakes

Worst customer service, ever. I bought a car cash 9 August 2021. I have still not received the Registration papers. Whenever I enquire about the papers, the salesman Phillemon just tells me that they are on "back log" to submit the NCO but it has been 7 weeks now. He never follows up with me & ignores my messages. I have asked for a manager to phone me, and the call centre agents are so rude. No one there knows what is going on. My permit has expired and they have made no effort to supply me with a new one. HOW can a company as big as this treat their PAYING customers like this???
