Worst customer service ever
<p>I went there last week looking for a car,And I found an opel corsa utility going for R85 000,I app**** finance and got approved but when the westbank lady call me she is telling me that the car is R99 000 I was so shocked and told her thats not the amount of the car,When I called the sales person he told me it is because he took the car to service and bought new tires</p>

The price displayed is the Cash Price. It is universally accepted that when you buy under finance, there are extra costs. And in this case, as the advertised price is a wholesale price, as all our communications stipulate when you finance that we have to roadworthy it for you, and you need to pay those expenses. These are all normal everyday practices that have all been revised and passed by the Ombudsman.
The problem and concern to me are where the communication broke down that this was not explained to you, or you did not realise that there are different procedures for different situations here with us where we sell wholesale primarily but offer the same deals with finance on retail to customers.
We would love to help you and assist you. Let's re-establish good communications first, and then we see how we can assist you further. And maybe we can eventually get a better star rating from you too.
