WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I am seriously resentful and disappointed with the deal and service that I received from We Buy Cars and I want to bring this to your attention. I am a regular customer of We Buy Cars and frequently search your website to make a purchase from your outlet. However, on 24 January 2023, I have decided to drive to your Pretoria branches, i.e. Silver Lakes and Midstream. I found my dream car and We Buy Cars, Midstream Branch were actually my life saver. The particulars of the vehicle are as follows: • Red 2011 Chevrolet Spark 1.2 L 5-Door (Stock number: BA***) • Lead number received as reference is 74B32B The application was done at the dealer and the required documentation handed to the salesperson including the payment of a holding deposit in the amount of R5,000.00. Whilst at the dealership, I received a written confirmation that my finance application for the respective vehicle has been approved. Therefore, my deal has been approved. I immediately informed the salesperson in the presence of the sales executive, Adrian Prinsloo, after which we had discussions regarding minor repairs that I requested to be done. After all discussions and conclusions of the deal, I left with the only outstanding matter to be that of the tracker and insurance that I need to arrange for my car. The salesperson advised me that the administration will call me the next day in this regard and that they (sales) would now attend to my requested repairs. For the record, to date I have not received the abovementioned telephone call or any other communication regarding the progress of the deal as to the collection of my car. However, upon my telephonic enquiry with the sales executive, Adrian Prinsloo as to arrangements for collection of my vehicle, he informed me that my deal was declined. His simple explanation was that the system approve deals in order to reserve a vehicle which did not make sense because for this I paid a holding deposit of R5000.00. Furthermore, he advanced an explanation that the reason for the decline is because of my credit score, which is absurd. Kindly also note that this is not my first deal been approved by We Buy Cars. Therefore, this is now really confusing and absolutely unacceptable and I herewith lodge a dispute. I thus request that my vehicle be availed to me as per approved finance deal and I be advised for the collection date thereof. I have submitted my dispute on the WebuyCars Customer Care portal as well as submitting an email to *** both submitted on 26 January 2024, and to date haven’t received even an acknowledgment of my complaint. A further email was send 29 January 2024 and still no response at all. It is also sadly noted that same vehicle referred to in this dispute is currently in a process of “sale in progress” – webuycars website. I am absolutely shocked with how I have been treated by webuycars - terrible customer service! Never experienced such with any other dealership. Perhaps Hellopeter will assist in getting the required action for me to get my car.
