Worst Customer Service

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment to test drive a car and as I get there they say someone just walked in 5 mins prior to my arrival to test drive - without an appointment. That person makes a cash offer and they sell it while I'm waiting in the reception.

If it's a first come first serve "walk-in" type business then they should clearly state that and not accept appointments.

They don't really care about customer service. Don't get your hopes up.
