Worst customer service

Worst customer service you can get. I bought a trailer from them in August this year they did not have the registration papers ready and said they will get it for us within a month. It is now almost Desember and I still do not have the paperwork. I call them almost every week and they promised they will cal back the same day but nobody calls back regarding the trailers papers. I paid someone to bring the trailer from the dome to Cape town, I had someone remove the rust and repair lights and installed new lights. Now we want to use the trailer but does not have paperwork for the trailer. I asked the call center to have someone call me but nobody calls me regarding the problem. I will advice anyone who wants to do business with we buy cars to use someone else.
