Worst customer and sales service ever

Today makes a month since I bought a car from We Buy Cars JNB South and this has been the worst decision of my entire life. I bought a car there for business purposes and the car didn’t even work for two weeks and no one seems to care. I am being moved from person to the next while my car is stuck at the mechanic for more than 10 days. No one even cares to give me an update not even the person I bought the car from Tshepo Sediane. The worst salesman I my eyes, since my car got stuck he has not even bothered to care about the process. My case started with Angelina Masango, then moved to Vinconque Williams and now John Wilkinson and to this day I have no clue what the plan is with my car while I am losing money. A car that I was told had no problems is stuck two weeks after I bought it and no one simply. I was warned never to buy a car there and I didn’t listen, look at me 99k later with no solution. We Buy Cars is a **** in my eyes and I would never recommend anyone to buy a car there.
