Worst customer and sale service!

Good evening, I am so dissatisfied in We Buy Cars, since the first step in this process I have had the ****test service from your company! If you go back and look at my complaints you will see. I finally got to purchase my vehicle which is nearly R500 000 with a R350 000 cash deposit and your sales people are treating me as if I bought a car worth R40 000.

First I was given the car without a paper registration I have received 2 fines because of this and I am not very motor industry smart so I had no idea even to think about that, I was advised by Pieter that I must pay the fines and I will be reimbursed. Fine, then I get a call a month after purchasing the vehicle that I must bring back the vehicle cause it was never sent for road worthy! Look I am very irritated as I was promised it will take 30minutes to an Hour I was there for more than 3 hours! This was your fault I should of been advised you will collect the vehicle and bring it back and reimburse me my petrol I waisted! Look I have a lot of patience but it is now extremely thin! I was then told they will register the vehicle and call me when the license disc is ready for pick up I had to follow up Nemours auctions with Pieter about this for him to speak to me as if I am arrogant on how can I follow up on this, as his registration lady has sent me an sms to tell me they could not take it out as I have other fines on another vehicle which is utter nonsense I never received any message and after telling him that he must get this person to call me and show me where she sent me this sms he told me he would low and behold 2minutes later I received the sms I was advised about.

Then Pieter advised me that if I get the license disc out I would be reimbursed the fees as this is included in the registration which I assume as the purchase was nearly R500 000 I have been asking him about this as I received the license disc AT THE POST OFFICE!!! I sent him proof of payment and he then said around and tell me he will see if the reimbur*****t can be done he will speak to his management. I then asked him today about this he tells me he is busy with a customer and will advise when he is done I have since heard NOTHING from him! I will never in my life buy at we buy cars again as I am not even sure what else was missed on this purchase and I will let everyone know about this experience!
